AXIOM SW Ltd. signed an SLA service contract with AAA AUTO PLC Prague about a level of provided services to Microsoft Dynamics NAV business solution and its professional solution Automotive Business Solutions.

The contract Service Level Agreement (further on only SLA) determines required quantity and quality of particular information services under defined conditions. They represent a significant added value for a costumer and they can influence directly his competitiveness.
SLA is a term, the foundation of which was forced by necessity to define range, level and intensity of externally provided services in the most accurate way; such as especially service contracts in IT sphere. SLA is very closely connected to outsourcing where it represents main parameter of interface between external provider and service receiver – costumer. SLA is a repeatedly proved and competent tool in conditions of service provision within outsourcing.
