Conception

• The analysis and implementation took place in 3 phases because of a wideness of Synot W company
• Each phase lasted approximately 2 months and contained an analysis, a training of important and other users and a transfer to routine operations
• First 5 companies were transferred in the first phase, the second phase continued with 16 companies and the final third phase contained other 12 companies
• The wideness of the company and the fastness which the analysis and implementation were made with, put the emphasis on all members of the project
